He allowed us to view the property at alternate times as well as opening the property to tradies after signing the contract. From the initial conversation with Tom (which he answered whilst on Easter holidays with his family) through to settlement it was all smooth sailing. Tom's recommendation to run an off-market strategy and target potential buyers that had recently missed out on other properties proved successful.
