Words cannot express my thanks for all Helen's efforts, not to mention the cracking result achieved!
I engaged Helen Wilson to sell my house after meeting her at an open home as a prospective buyer. I was instantly impressed with her professional, honest and friendly manner and knew that when it came to selling my house, I wanted her to be my agent. I am grateful for the advice and assistance Helen offered me as I prepared my house for sale, and this dedication continued throughout the sales process. She is passionate and incredibly hardworking, focussed on achieving the best result possible for her client. Words cannot express my thanks for all Helen's efforts throughout this whole process, not to mention the cracking result achieved by working so late into Friday evening! I highly recommend Helen.

Tom worked tirelessly to achieve a good result for me
I have known Tom Scarpignato for several years, and as a keen observer of local real estate, watched as he consistently achieved record sales prices. So when I needed to sell my property, in the worst recession in living memory, I turned to Tom for help, and my confidence was very well placed. Tom values relationships above all else. He treats his vendors and purchasers with honesty and respect. I can see he achieves great sales results through sheer diligence - chasing down every opportunity for his clients. But I think his success is also due to the fact people recognise he is a genuine bloke and a pleasure to do business with. Despite the market being depressed, Tom worked tirelessly to achieve a good result for me, ringing me everyday with progress updates. My 2 bedroom apartment sold within 2 weeks of being listed and I was very happy with the result. A big thanks to Tom and his team at Belle Neutral Bay.

Purchasing my first property on my own was a thrilling, scary, exciting, and important decision. Helen demonstrated outstanding service from day 1. I actually met Helen during another property inspection in Cammeray. She kept in touch with me and was able to direct me to the perfect property. She answered my requests during out of hours, always with great professionalism, can-do attitude, timely manner, and with a smile. She made this sale enjoyable even though, we encountered a few hurtles, out of Helen’s control. As a buyer, I felt that Helen cared about each party and delivered excellent service, which is a key point of difference vs other agents. An outstanding operator who's extremely professional and trustworthy
David was the complete professional throughout the sale of our property and I knew I was in safe hands the entire time. We were new to the game having never sold a property before but he guided us through the process perfectly. He was completely transparent and also provided high-level, professional advice that ensured we obtained the price we wanted for the property. Over the moon with the result. I can't recommend David highly enough and from what I've seen and heard, he's one of, if not the most trusted agent on the Lower North Shore. Will be using him again in the future for sure.

Extremely professional and goes the extra mile
I found David to be professional, courteous and very easy to deal with. He was responsive and helped me close out the deal in under 2 hours. This was my first property purchase and he helped me through the process. The apartment I purchased doesn't allow signboards but David went out of his way to find a mock board so i could put a sold sticker on it - he made it exciting for me. I would definitely recommend David to anyone looking to purchase properties in the area.

Great Agent !
It has been a very positive experience purchasing our first property through Tom. We encountered a few difficulties along the way, but Tom was very patient and worked tirelessly to keep everything together. This gave us much needed confidence to go through with the deal. He has a very strong work ethic and we feel that he genuinely works in the best interest of both vendor and buyer. He is honest and humble in his approach unlike other agents with expensive cars, watches and pressure tactics. I would definitely recommend Tom for his services.
