I sold my first property with and was apprehensive at first because the whole thing seemed daunting to me, but David made it all easy. He organised all the trades to get the place in shape for sale, which happened surprisingly fast! In spite of market conditions being a bit soft due to covid, David found a great buyer for my place at a good price, someone who was going to love the place as much as I did. This was really important to me. But what I was really impressed with was the honest and upfront way he kept my informed of everything I needed to know, our regular chats and emails regarding strategy and also the way that he dealt with potential buyer enquiries, which in my mind, was key to giving the buyer and myself a sense of trust in the process and gave everyone confidence in the property's true value. I did not know Christian, however, having him supporting Mark in the marketing and sale of our home was essential to the fantastic result that was ultimately achieved. Christian was professional and a pleasure to deal with - nothing is too much trouble and his calm demeanour made the process smooth and (almost!) stress free. Feedback about his dealings and interactions with everyone at the open houses (even those clearly only looking for interest, not to purchase) was consistently excellent - patient, respectful, and willing to take the time with each person who wanted to talk. The teamwork between Christian and Mark is a real advantage to vendors, and in my experience, quite rare.
