After visiting 9 local Agents I met David , His friendly and professional manner is what made me feel comfortable and confident to give my property to David .I struggle with English due to my main language spoken is Croatian, I did speak with David about this and it was a concern of mine selling a property with little understanding of English ,I advised David from the start if he could speak slowly and I may ask him to repeat the same thing several times and with no hesitation David was happy to assist . So David Listed the Property and at every open home and every enquiry he received about the property he would always communicate this information with me , which I found helpful because I knew the activity and interests in my property .The unit was meant to be Auction ,but due to David's hard work I accepted an offer that was above the figure I thought I'd get ,David's Negotiation skills lead to and increased sale price and one happy vendor .

I was tasked with selling as executor, and with the able assistance of my wife/PA Denise, a prime townhouse in Waverton, and as I was accountable to 10 beneficiaries I had to get it right. I needed an agent who was honest, with a good track record in the area, whose commission was fair, who provided a realistic price estimate, who had good communication skills and who provided sound advice on critical matters such as when to sell, furnished or unfurnished, presentation, auction or private treaty, advertising, and terms of sale. I sought proposals from Belle and two other well known agents and chose Tom and Georgie at Belle because they ticked all those boxes. We soon discovered (to our absolute delight) that this was no ordinary duo; their knowledge, patience, communication skills and advice were second to none, and what they did in terms of organising quotes for everything ( clearing the unit, carpeting, painting, renovating and styling), helping me choose between them, organising and giving access to tradesmen and service providers and supervising their work, had to be seen to be believed. Nothing was too much trouble (and it often should have been!) The marketing process was handled with the expertise that I had grown to expect, with record open house attendances, record requested contracts and record registered bidders. The sale price was a fitting tribute to their expertise, confidence, and devotion to the task. I have absolute confidence in recommending Tom and Georgie to anyone lucky enough to be able to engage them!
