For those of you born of my generation, in the 1960's, you may recall a TV show starring David Carradine in Kung Fu. In one of those scenes the Kung Fu Master (aka Mark Jackson) asks Kung Fu student (aka Christian Percuoco to take the pebble from his hand. Alas the student is unsuccessful and strives to improve, the reality is the student is already a master. The reason I draw this analogy is Christian is already a highly accomplished agent and could operate quite successfully on his own. As a combined team Mark and Christian present a formidable combination. Christian performed much of the preliminary planning and as a professional project manager I know only too well this is challenging work. Even under tight time frames Christian always maintains a professional manner and gives the client confidence he will hit the deadline. My professional project management assessment gave Christian a 10% chance of hitting his deadline. (I never actually mentioned this to Christian). Well what do you know, Christian met that deadline, in spite of the client not really helping the situation. As it transpired in terms of market timing it was pretty important for our campaign that we did meet that timeframe. Christian did a great job, as did the entire Belle Team. Professional, great communicator and great problem solver. 5 Stars. Highly recommended. He is certainly ready to take the pebble from the Master's hand !

There is the old saying "pay peanuts and you get monkeys", well that rings true about Real Estate Agents in my eyes anyway. If you think you will shop around and get the cheapest rates for an agent, well the only one who is going to lose is really you. My experience with Mark Jackson and the Belle Property Team at Neutral Bay was exceptional. My wife and I had already decided when you are selling such a substantial asset such as your primary residence, you best get the real professionals in even though they may cost a little bit more. The payback for yourself is significant and be guided by what they suggest as the owner's eye is always biased. The reality when you see them work, the whole team is really working hard to benefit you. My wife and I had already moved out of our residence in North Sydney to Canberra, so to do little tidy up maintenance jobs was a logistical nightmare. The Belle Team swung into action and provided advice about carpet layers, organised trusted trades to do the tidy up work. The styling completed on our home was absolutely amazing. We did not even recognise our own property, the styling and photography was stunning. We were pre-warned by the Belle provided cleaner, that as we had the stylist services coming, they will make it look like a trophy, he wasn't wrong. The combination of all of these service and planning culminated in generating huge amounts of foot traffic to our property. The first opening day was 142 people represented by 65 groups, this high foot traffic was maintained for the second week. Prior to the third opening Saturday we had a great offer and sold prior to auction. Sure Belle get paid well but you are getting a far greater return for the small investment you make in their services. If we had to sell a property tomorrow, we would not blink before we get Mark Jackson on the phone again. Great agent, great team, highly recommended.

Based on our meeting, I was confident Mark was going to be great but I could not have imagined just how great. The main reasons I chose Mark are also the reasons for the amazing result I believe. He has a great personal style. He is genuine and approachable. He is extremely knowledgeable about the lower North Shore property market as well as selling real estate in general. His obviously significant experience was a real asset in understanding and managing the various potential buyers and discouraging me from entertaining pre-auction offers.
