I am delighted to provide a testimonial in appreciation of the work Mark Jackson and his team at Belle Property, Neutral Bay, carried out for me in August 2014. The task was to market and auction a deceased estate at 14 The Avenue (off Whaling Road) North Sydney, overlooking Neutral Bay. There were a number of difficulties for the Belle Property team to overcome despite the attractive outlook over Neutral Bay and the large block. The property had been unoccupied for some time, had difficult access and there were a number of heritage restraints restricting development of the site. Despite the difficulties, Mark’s team stirred enormous interest in the property over a careful six-week campaign. Nearly 140 viewers visited the site, 33 contracts were issued, and on the day of the auction there were 14 registered bidders. From an indicative selling price of $2.3 million, and no suggestion by any prospective buyer of meeting a price that high, bidding rose quickly past the reserve and reached a selling price of $2.755 million.

Mark Jackson sold our terrace in Kirribilli last November. We achieved a street record, and a suburb record for a terrace without a harbour view.
