We have had a couple of terrible previous experiences with agents when selling houses, so chose Helen purely on the basis that a) Belle Property has a good reputation and b) we liked the look of Helen. Additionally, her estimate of the sale price wasn't hugely inflated like the other agents that we interviewed. The agency contract was signed on a Friday and I thought we would hit the ground running after the weekend but Helen was up and running within an hour. Her advice was invaluable and her work ethic a bonus, as we really wanted to get the property on the market as soon as possible to take advantage of a hot market. We could not have done it without Helen's suggestions on how best to present the property and her list of contacts (painters, staging companies, conveyancers etc). The property was on the market less than 2 weeks later. Helen has a phenomenal memory for detail and was intuitive in her assessment of potential buyers. She consistently emailed or phoned us with only important information and this was difficult due to it being a deceased estate, which meant some competing viewpoints of the sellers! Helen was determined we went to auction and we were very hesitant. With her support and her confidence in her market knowledge, we held our nerve, had a very short pre-auction period, went to auction and sold for a price far exceeding our expectations. I cannot say enough good things about Helen and would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone selling their property.
