I have known Tom for around 10 years, when I was first looking to purchase property in Wollstonecraft area. I have seen him at a number of open homes and auctions and was always impressed with the excellent results he achieved for his clients. I believe this is due to his great "people" and communication skills. He is able to build a rapport with both his clients and Buyers through his honest and empathetic approach. When I recently decided to sell my Wollstonecraft property the decision on which agent to choose was easy. Tom has kept in contact over the last several years with market updates and appraisals. I knew Tom would achieve a good result for me but this was well beyond my expectations. First time I have ever given anyone a 5 out of 5 rating. Thank you Tom.

Matthew & Mark have both been very approachable, helpful, friendly & genuine in their dealings with us. We didn't feel at any stage we were getting the hard sell, obviously they were doing their best for their client in achieving the best price but were also realistic & open to listening to the market. We would certainly recommend them in future.

Helen is fantastic. Always keeping in touch with me to update me on the progress even when I was travelling which I really appreciated. She was realistic with my expectations and impartial when she needed to be. Very happy with the outcome although I had hoped for more. Was disappointed that we didn't end up at auction as I will always wonder what more I might have gotten but I trusted Helen's judgement. Thanks very much for all your efforts - Helen & Team !
