Prior to the campaign start, they gave us the relevant preparation information. Each week, they would provide us detailed weekly reporting regarding buyers’ feedback and sentiments through email and Zoom updates. As we work during business hours, they are both very willing to accommodate our late evening meetings. At our request last minute, Helen would help us arrange for a cleaner who did a great job.
