A level above the rest!

We have been following the area and also Luke since he hit the real estate scene. When we were looking at upsizing, we reached out to Luke to have a chat. My main praise of Luke and his team is their communication - not only is it ever present, but it is also modern, clear and down to earth. We did not end up buying through Luke, however he still provided us with answers to our ongoing questions about our sale and giving us market details and information to support our negotiations. Luke had a fair, reasonable, and transparent approach to his fee structure and preferred approach to getting the best out of the market.
