Helpful and Quick Responding
Belle has been great right from the beginning of our lease. The original application process was simple and the agent was helpful in answering our questions and providing the correct information, and communications since then have been quick and friendly. Repairs around the house have been made in a timely manner and without heavy lifting from our end. I definitely recommend Belle Property in Newtown.

We love working with Belle
Belle sold us our property back in 2013 and they have been managing our investment property since we first leased it in 2016. We couldn’t be happier with their services. Dimi is a fabulous Senior Investment Manager who has kept us up to date with our property. She is easy to communicate with and always promptly responds to our queries.

Five star service
I would highly recommend Belle Property Newtown for their management services. We've had a relationship with Dimi Lentros for the last couple of years and she has been fantastic every step of the way. She has been able to manage any issues promptly and accurately, she has secured tenants rapidly and at great rates, and her advice is top notch. If you're in the market for a property manager than you won't be able to give better.

Good people to lease from
Belle Newtown have been great to deal with from a tenant perspective. Dimi has been very helpful and is always available to assist when required or provide early notification and communications, and acts as a good advocate for the tenant and landlord. Dimi and the team have been very responsive to any repairs the property has required.

Extra Mile Investment Manager

Excellent Managing Agents
Having never had a rental property in the Sydney market before I found Belle property Newtown very professional. In particular Dimi Lentros is excellent. I found her knowledge of the market very good and her advice to a newcomer in this market helped me enormously. When I have had to contact the Office in Newtown I have also found other staff assisting me to be equally pleasant and helpful.
