Belle have managed my Newtown investment property for the past 4 years. When it comes to tenants, they are selective and not just wanting to put anyone in the property. As property investor, you want your property kept in good condition but the less you hear the better. Belle perform regular inspections and keep you updated with anything that needs attention. They manage all the bills, council rates and bundle property finances with an end of year statement for taxation. Everything I need from a property management company.
