Honest and great communicator
Jonathan recently sold our block of land in Twin Waters. The whole process was smooth, his communication effective and the result exactly what we wanted. No other way to say it "PERFECT"
Johnathon is very Meticulous in every way, and his communication skills are extremely good, he let us know at every opportunity what was happening in regard to the property and he did this on a regular basis. We would have no hesitation in recommending Johnathon to any prospective sellers.

As i grew up my father was the president of the REIQ in Qld, and as an architect I deal with a lot of real estate agents, valuers, engineers, town planners etc so my world has always been people and property. I have a successful business and generally manage about M$30 of construction. Maybe I am biased because I like Keith as another male about my age, but i can also confidently say that Keith is knowledgeable and highly professional and does value the best interests of his clients.

Jonathon sold our unit in a difficult environment with a great outcome and a positive attitude.
Jonathon is a person who looked at the product he was selling and the selling environment to get the best for the client .All other agents were only concerned with recent sales price , to get a quick sale. The quick sale approach is what kept the price of products low in Coolum for years.
