When I decided to sell my property at Mudjimba, I met with Mark and he explained what the North Shore Realty could offer me to make the sale happen. We discussed commission rates, and recent sales in the area and I then decided on a listing price. Photos were taken, a listing description written, the property was advertised and weekly open houses were carried out with a minimum of fuss. Feedback on the open houses was given and after only a few weeks there was a contract on the property. Mark then attended the building and pest inspection and made the whole process worry free for me. He did what he said he would when he said he would do it and was contactable by email and mobile. I am happy to recommend Mark and the team from North Shore Realty.

Jono was the first & only agent, out of 4, to respond to our initial call for assistance some 12 months ago at short notice on a Saturday. This clearly indicated his motivation & drive. Moving on to the selling process, he went above & beyond. He consistently listened to us. Jono not only worked diligently for us but was considerate to our feelings as we sold our father's home of over 30 years which was an emotional roller coster for us.
