He organised the tradesmen needed, excellent photographers an advise on how to present our home to achieve the price we wanted. We had an offer on the second open house, which Mark negotiated to $20,000 above our expected price. The sale was straight forward and stress free. When I decided to sell my property at Mudjimba, I met with Mark and he explained what the North Shore Realty could offer me to make the sale happen. We discussed commission rates, and recent sales in the area and I then decided on a listing price. Photos were taken, a listing description written, the property was advertised and weekly open houses were carried out with a minimum of fuss. Feedback on the open houses was given and after only a few weeks there was a contract on the property. Mark then attended the building and pest inspection and made the whole process worry free for me. He did what he said he would when he said he would do it and was contactable by email and mobile.
