When Mark shook my hand and told me we were 'in this together' for the weeks leading up to the auction I didn't really appreciate what he was committing to do. I found out as the weeks went by. He kept me up to date with info, offered advice and generally held my hand through the process. I was a rather nervous seller and Mark appreciated how much this sale meant to me. Professional, friendly, trustworthy - I always felt that Mark was committed to achieving the very best outcome for me and was genuinely happy for me when he did so.
