When we inspected the property he gave us space and didn’t ask lots of questions as agents often do to learn about you and financial situation. Meeting Jonathon for the first time I found him to be honest, enthusiastic, motivated and easy to talk to. He listened to our requirements and goals always taking our concerns/wishes into account. Cannot comment on completely on market knowledge as we were the purchaser not the vendor but in every other aspect Ben was a delight to deal with. Professional, excellently responsive to questions about the property and aspects of the negotiations. Especially helpful when we had hiccoughs with movement of funds through Australian banks. At no stage did we have to agitate to obtain answers which ensured the whole process was speedy and able to be conducted from NZ by mainly email. His staff reflected Ben's "can do" attitude and were the perfect back up in his rare absences. We have been left with a 10/10 ranking from our experience for Ben and Belle Property. Highly appreciative of his very professional approach.
