Very helpful, honest and trustworthy
Mark McDonald was very helpful, honest and trustworthy in the sale of my property at Mudjimba. Mark was able to achieve my sale target price and went out of his way in helping to smooth the bumps in the road throughout the sales process. As an interstate vendor, I was reliant on Mark in providing local on-ground strategic advice and assistance in many aspects of the sales process, including minor repairs to the premise, dealing with tenants, neighbours and of course prospective buyers. I found Mark's style to be upfront, honest and realistic - I really couldn't ask for more. Thanks again Mark for your professionalism and local market knowledge. Also thanks to Mark's wife Jane for her support and advice.

Sold my property for a record price
Thank you for helping me sell my property at a record price well above similar properties in the complex. Mark is an extra mile agent that is straight talking, no BS and this comes across in the way he dealt with the buyers and myself. Team Effort
Noel has been successfully marketing and selling residential land for us, now for over 12 years . His many sales have proven that he has the exposure to make them happen. Straightforward
We had a really straightforward purchase of a block of land and Jonathan was great. He kept us informed the whole way through, contacted us when he said he was going to and always followed up. Really easy to deal with - definitely recommend.

All Round Top Bloke
Jonathon went above and beyond and went to the extent to arrange me to stay the night in the apartment in question. While everyone else might be lucky to have a 5-10 minute property inspection, here's me having a beer on the deck, looking over the pool thinking...yeah this place is alriiiight. It was good to have direct SMS communication between myself and Johnathon. None of this leave a message / have your phone call returned sort of shenanigans. Just being able to relay updates directly was a huge win, even after regular business hours. I didn't feel at all pressured into the purchase of the property, and Johnathon was honest and upfront about the sale price and I considered my purchase to be a fair deal at the current market.
