We contacted 3 real estate agents 6 months before we had fully decided to go to the market. I found all estate agents to be professional, efficient and good with communication. I was always kept well informed. Marketing was great - including the furniture in the photos was a real draw card. Estate Agents went out of their way to complete the sale. A significant amount of open homes and private inspections were needed to get the sale across the line. Estate Agents advocated for us when we were treated unfairly with an earlier buyer.
