My experience with Belle Property North Lakes...
My experience with Belle Property North Lakes was a 5-star experience. Chris and his team have always conducted themselves in an exemplary manner and have supported me along the way. Nothing is too much to ask and the entire team goes above and beyond for clients. I have bought and sold a number of houses over the years and on each occasion that I enlisted this agency, the transition has been stress-free and easy. Moving house is not a simple task but I know that when I completely trust my agent, the transition will be seamless. I would say that Belle Property North Lakes are by far the most trustworthy and committed agents in North Lakes and I would highly recommend that if you are thinking of buying or selling, give them a ring.

We have recently bought and sold our house with Chris. He was full of confidence from the first meeting and he has already had a long career in North Lakes and has been in charge of a lot of houses. He is well aware of the real estate flow in this area and has moved strategically in guiding his clients. His team members are also very active in their duties and have executed their responsibilities reliably and quickly. We sold our house at a reasonable price in this current market and bought a new house at a price we were quite happy with. Chris has shown himself to be an expert with experience and any issues we had were quickly solved by simply leaving it to him!
