Geoff was fantastic from start to finish. He was always honest, upfront and responsive. I felt genuinely supported the whole way through. I really appreciated the human side he brought to the process. He met me where I was at, but also gently challenged me when I needed it. He understood what mattered to me longer term and helped me take the emotion out of decisions at the right times, which made a big difference. He also gave great advice and connected me with excellent trades, which made everything feel much more manageable. He has a way of keeping things calm and positive, and made what could have been a stressful process feel surprisingly manageable (I may still owe him a drink!).
