We were given a realistic market evaluation of our property and then given excellent assistance and advice on preparing and presenting our property for sale. Geoff even gave us assistance with our decluttering by helping to move heavy items into a storage facility, including an offer to return them after the sale. After the marketing campaign started, we had regular communication, including meetings and reports, to keep us informed of progress. Geoff and Lisa did an excellent job in getting the best price for our home, with great support from Sahil. The selling price ended up being above our expectation. We highly recommend them to anyone selling their property.

We were very pleased with all that Geoff and Lisa (Davies) did for us. They were both very professional and understanding to our needs and circumstances. There were a number of complications that they encountered, and were able to help us sail through all of them. While our views and theirs didn’t immediately align in all cases, they calmly and sensibly presented their arguments – we ours – and we were always able to reach a compromise that allowed us to move forward. The price they achieved was well in excess of our expectations, and we are more than pleased with the final result. This was achieved much more quickly than we anticipated. Their advice on tradespeople, marketing and styling was very helpful and helped to improve the result. In short, they helped to take much of the stress out of what is inevitably a stressful situation.
