After living in our house for 19 years there was a lot that needed to be done and David guided us and assisted us in being able to present our house in the best possible light. First I must say that I have a rule that I never give feedbacks or reviews etc. but with David Forrester I break the rule with pleasure. David has just successfully sold our house. This was no ordinary house sale but a development proposal with tricky elements of sub divisional prospects and special conditions. No open house and no exclusive agreements, only inspections by arrangement. Including David I had four agents working for me. David had a good understanding of what was required and when it came to the point of placing a bid he was quietly confident that he had the right man. Through all the stressful days , David was always in touch with me and thoughtful in his advice. I can only say that I felt comfortable working with him, and heartily commend him to anyone in need of Real Estate advice. .
