David did a tremendous job in assisting us in getting our house ready for sale in a very short space of time. After living in our house for 19 years there was a lot that needed to be done and David guided us and assisted us in being able to present our house in the best possible light. Throughout the sale process David communicated with us regularly and worked hard on getting as many people through the property as possible in a difficult period for open inspections. We were pleased with the result achieved and David was very helpful through the settlement process

My husband and I were looking for a apartment for many months and had to deal with so many real estates. Nothing but headaches and constant misinformation. The day we went to inspect the property we bought the property due to the fantastic service and honestly from David. Since purchasing the property and through settlement his been such a great help. Such a pleasure dealing with you. Thank you

First I must say that I have a rule that I never give feedbacks or reviews etc. but with David Forrester I break the rule with pleasure. David has just successfully sold our house. This was no ordinary house sale but a development proposal with tricky elements of sub divisional prospects and special conditions. No open house and no exclusive agreements, only inspections by arrangement. Including David I had four agents working for me. David had a good understanding of what was required and when it came to the point of placing a bid he was quietly confident that he had the right man. Through all the stressful days , David was always in touch with me and thoughtful in his advice. I can only say that I felt comfortable working with him, and heartily commend him to anyone in need of Real Estate advice. .

Couldn’t express more how content we are for the service provided by David Forrester from Belle Property Northbridge. My husband and I had been looking for a property for a few months and just dealing with so many real estates that weren’t straight forward and kept going back and forth. We viewed a property that was going to auction and on the same day purchased the property with no headaches at all. The service was impeccable. Thank you

David and his team were highly professional and dealt with all aspects of our sale in an honest and committed manner. It was an intense 4 weeks but the respect David showed myself and the prospective buyers, and his willingness to go to whatever lengths it took, help cement what was an incredible result. Would be more than happy to work with David and Irene again.

David achieved an outstanding result with our property. He is understated which is what I liked. He is confident in his ability and allows you to assess his advice without pushing or intimidating you.
