David sold my mothers deceased estate in the first quarter of 2019 which was a challenging time with the market falling. He was very proactive and explored every avenue for potential buyers and always kept us in the loop with the process. His calm and unassuming manner made him a pleasure to deal with and a refreshing change for others in his profession. The sale was an extremely challenging one for David Forrester to manage with both vendors having very different opinions, perspectives of the market as well as an understanding of the market and property. The condition of the property market at the time did little to help too. David handled the vendors in a most professional and diligent manner - I could not have picked a better person to handle the sale.
