He has been selling in the Campbelltown, Hectorville suburbs for a considerable period of time. He has a very sound knowledge of property values and strategies to sell. He also surmounted with his politeness, potentially difficult encounters with tenants and suffused any hostilities immediately. This revealed his excellent negotiation skills, which I am certain he invoked in dealing with prospective purchasers. In all contacts both personal and by telephone he was polite and very professional. He certainly keeps his vendors informed of any new developments and this was very much appreciated. It was easy to feel confident of his ability to secure a sale and this he achieved "off market". He certainly communicated very well and he gave very well considered advice as to the saleability of the property.
