We have been in the area for over 20 years and this was a big decision to make with the Sale of our property. During the process we spoke to 7+ agents all of whom came with different approaches and different styles. We found Thomas to be very professional from the first interview, he explained his process and how he sees the campaign running to get the best result for us. He also understood that we were not in a rush and he didn't push us to start the sale process until we were ready and comfortable. In the end the result was better than we expected and we were extremely pleased with the process from start to finish. Thomas and the team communicated with us throughout the campaign and kept us in the loop as to how things were progressing with the Open Homes through to Auction date. The Auction process went very well and the price we got for our house exceeded our expectations. Overall it was a very professional experience and we do highly recommend Thomas and the team as they know the area well and they work with you to get a great result, rather than just selling houses quickly.
