I'm very happy with my decision to go with Belle Property. Very structured approach to managing the sales process, we were kept well informed throughout with regular, detailed reports containing both factual data and good quality anecdotal information collected from numerous conversations with potential buyers. It gave me a very good sense of how the campaign was going and was very comforting. They gave the right advice with regards to readying the house for sale which I feel had a big impact on its popularity. I ended up selling prior to auction and had a lot of interest. Tom and the team did a fantastic job negotiating on my behalf to get me the best price and resolving issues as they came up.

Chris and the team weirdness tirelessly to prerogative marketing and open homes for the sake of our property. They took calls day and night and put their heart in to selling our house. We recently purchased a property from Matt at Bell Property. He is very easy to work with and is a great communicator. He is polite, respectful, and knowledgeable; able to answer all my questions. He is genuine in wanting to find homes for buyers, whilst also protecting the interests of his vendors. There are some questionable agents out there, but Matt is definitely not one of them.
