Thomas was ethical, we felt like we could trust him to do the best for us . He always acted with integrity and honesty . He was supportive at al very stressful time . His and the teams marketing and photography was great and displayed our properties assets . We achieved a price above expection and the auction and open homes although very busy our home was cared for through the process .

Quality advice, not a sales pitch
Selling a home that has been a family home for my parents for 45 years was an incredibly emotional and difficult task. After speaking with other agents, Tom and the team at Belle clearly understood our situation and was able to guide us to the best way to sell in a market that was moving quickly. Of course we wanted the best outcome for our parents and this was clearly understood. Without any pressure to spend money on huge advertising campaigns or styling we agreed on the best method to sell. My parents wanted privacy so we decided to sell off market and was overwhelmed by the interest Tom was able to create. Tom knew the market, he was aware of the climate and was able to sell our home quickly and respectfully. We are very extremely happy with the outcome and couldn't have asked anything more. I was given the advice to go with an agent you felt understood your needs and this advice proved so right for us. We are really grateful we went with Tom, it was a pleasure. The video taken of our home for the off market email will be treasured.
