Thomas's team knew and loved the Carlingford market. We chose them for their nuanced understanding of the area and genuine enthusiasm for the listing; the result was a terrific auction outcome. They supported us through the process and helped minimise the impact on my elderly parents who lived in the property throughout the campaign. They even helped us move furniture! Importantly they were cost conscious and didn’t want us to overspend on staging and marketing.

Thomas was one of the five agents I met before choosing the agent to sell my own property. We were happy that we chose him to be our agent as he provided professional services by keeping in touch via emails, phone calls and messages with us. Thomas and his team were punctual every time when we had the open house and they took good care of our property during the open houses sessions. A great, professional and stress-free process.
Thomas and his team at Belle Parramatta helped guide us through the selling process fantastically. Having never sold before they were incredibly helpful, professional and certainly knew their stuff.
