Thomas and Matthew were professional at all times. Together they made us feel confident that they had the skills to sell our home. That they would find the buyer that would appreciate the contemporary style of this architectural designed property that had been our home for so many years. They knew what price we needed to achieve and did a brilliant job of obtaining a pleasing result. Chris, Rihann and Lesley sold my Grandmothers home of 32 years, at the beginning she was apprehensive and a bit emotional but the team at Belle made the process so smooth and enjoyable. Excellent and memorable experience!
Throughout the process of selling our home we were guided by our agent, Thomas Perram. Tom was easy to communicate with, we felt comfortable to ask him for anything we needed to know. Tom gave excellent advice based on the current market with regard to how best we could prepare our home for sale. After completing renovations through the contacts provided (who are also easy to deal with and very efficient), Tom recommended a company to stage our home. We were ecstatic with the results. Tom and his team, especially Matt Formosa, sold the house at each open effectively. They chased visitors for feedback which was provided to us each week. Everything Tom promised he would do as our agent he delivered on. We really appreciate his integrity. We were astounded by how many people came through our property and visited our property online. The marketing campaign run by Tom and his team was perfection. Come auction day, we felt a level of confidence that there were plenty of bidders and were very happy to reach an end result above our reserve. Particularly during an uncertain market. We’d highly recommend Tom and Matt to other sellers, we felt taken care of, listened to and kept in the loop every step of the way.
