A few years ago we decided to subdivide our property to make a duplex, This was harder than expected - a long, very drawn out, highly bureaucratic, stressful process and eventually far more costly than estimated. Finally we were in a position to sell. About that time Matt, a pleasantly dressed easy to engage young man was walking up the street and stopped to say "Hi" , chatted about the property and indicated that he part of a local agent team. This was the fruitful start of one of our most important life decisions - selling our home. With all of the hard work and sunken costs we wouldn't want to engage just anyone - we had to find someone who would fight for us. Matt was part of Thomas's team.
