George & team were always easy to deal with. George has well established processes that help move things along. He listens and happy to adapt our ways of thinkings incorporated with his knowledge technique. I liked his timings to potential buyers and the thorough follow up. Unlike many other sales professionals overly commercial, George has an affinity to customers. George is thorough, respectful and meticulous with details, very approachable and easy to communicate with.

We interviewed several agents to sell our home and Justin was a stand out! He was professional, friendly and helpful. The communication from Justin and his team was outstanding, there were no unrealistic expectations and given to us and he ended up securing exactly the price we wanted. He guided us through the whole process and provided time frames for exactly what would happen and when as well as answering all our questions. If you want a knowledgeable. No nonsense agent who is always working for your best interest I cannot recommend Justin and his team highly enough.

John Dahdah was very helpful, from initial contact, throughout the renovation process and throughout the negotiation process. He was communicative and listened to us as we listened to him. He made meaningful suggestions regarding how to present the unit without forcing us to over invest in renovations, remodelling etc. John was a calming influence ans kept in communication while we were overseas. We very much appreciate Johns support throughout this selling process.

From the initial interview - there were 3 firms under consideration - our choice was clear, and as the results display, for very good reason. Justin did not need to attend our initial meeting with flashy powerpoint displays and expensive glossy enticements. His knowledge of the local area and surrounds, combined with his years of experience and client list of potentially interested buyers impressed us greatly from the get-go. Local sales, auctions, sale prices, potential buyers and upcoming sales were all recounted from memory without effort by Justin, and as our results show - He really knew his stuff. We sold for higher than our expected price before the property even officially went on the market, and Justin was with us every step of the way with his and his amazing personal assistant Alannah's all access availability via our WhatsApp group, (for all of our silly unexperienced questions!). We simply could not recommend Justin Spencer and Belle Property more highly if you are searching for an agent who knows your area, your market, and his job - exceptionally well. Thankyou Justin, Alannah and Belle Property for the most amazing selling experience and positive result. Victor & Julia Parashko.

Professional, always stay in touch. Not aggressive, as we unfortunately experienced with some of agents. Justin was very good to deal with.
