John Dahdah was very helpful, from initial contact, throughout the renovation process and throughout the negotiation process. He was communicative and listened to us as we listened to him. He made meaningful suggestions regarding how to present the unit without forcing us to over invest in renovations, remodelling etc. John was a calming influence ans kept in communication while we were overseas. We very much appreciate Johns support throughout this selling process.

There was simply no other choice than Belle Property's Justin Spencer.
From the initial interview - there were 3 firms under consideration - our choice was clear, and as the results display, for very good reason. Justin did not need to attend our initial meeting with flashy powerpoint displays and expensive glossy enticements. His knowledge of the local area and surrounds, combined with his years of experience and client list of potentially interested buyers impressed us greatly from the get-go. Local sales, auctions, sale prices, potential buyers and upcoming sales were all recounted from memory without effort by Justin, and as our results show - He really knew his stuff. We sold for higher than our expected price before the property even officially went on the market, and Justin was with us every step of the way with his and his amazing personal assistant Alannah's all access availability via our WhatsApp group, (for all of our silly unexperienced questions!). Over the moon with our result
Justin and his team were fabulous to deal with. Very professional, responsive and always available to chat and answer any questions or provide advice. His extensive local market knowledge, high attention to detail and great communication such as keeping us informed at every step, regular meetings and a calendar of events and requirements meant we always knew where we were up to and what was required which reduced a lot of the stress. His suggestions on staging the house, marketing approach and auction strategy definitely contributed to the fantastic result we achieved. The marketing materials, brochures and photos were of an exceptional standard and accentuated the houses best features. We are so happy we chose Justin to sell our house and I don’t think we would have achieved the sales price with anyone else.
