Lisa originally sold us our home. We've kept in contact over the years as she's a familiar face in the local area. She's always been so friendly and knowledgeable about the local area and market. When it came time to sell, she was our first choice of agent. She's kept us updated and informed throughout the sale process. Lisa, along with Chris, Cleo and the Belle team, worked hard in a challenging market to help us sell our home. We're happy to recommend Lisa, Chris and Belle Property.

We had a very positive experience working with Justin Spencer on the sale of our property. Justin communicated clearly, kept us informed and was transparent throughout the process. His advice was practical and helpful, and the overall sale was managed very well. We would be happy to recommend Justin to other property owners.

The Bell property team were absolutely fantastic throughout our entire property management and sales process, especially John Dahdah, our dedicated sales agent. Our history with them spans over 28 years, beginning when they sold us this, our very first investment unit. Since then, they have expertly managed the rental of the property and ultimately facilitated its successful sale. Over nearly three decades, the team has been consistently professional, courteous, and proactive, regularly going above and beyond to ensure all of our property needs were met. They provided us with consistently sound, reliable advice regarding management, tenancy, and the eventual sale. They truly treated us like family, and we cannot recommend their services highly enough to anyone looking for a property team they can trust for the long term.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Belle Property Group, especially Thomas and Edward. From day one, they made us feel like part of the family rather than just another client. They handled the whole campaign so professionally without ever overstepping or bombarding us with unnecessary meetings or calls. They only contacted us when they needed to, gave us the space we needed, but were always there whenever we wanted to reach out or needed anything. We were extremely happy with the result even in this tough market and honestly couldn’t recommend Thomas, Edward and the team highly enough. We’re so grateful for everything they did for us.

We recently sold our home in Carlingford with Thomas Perram and Edward Chen from Belle Property and had a really positive experience with them from start to finish. We initially approached Tom after seeing the great result he achieved for one of our neighbours. From our first meeting, we found him incredibly easy to work with - knowledgeable and confident, without the overly salesy approach you can sometimes get in real estate. What really stood out was the guidance and communication throughout the campaign. Tom gave us clear advice on what was worth doing to the property before going to market, from minor renovations through to presentation, to give us the best chance of a great result. We were kept informed every week, always understood the strategy and felt they had a really good read on buyer feedback and how the campaign was progressing. It’s a challenging market to sell in and I think that’s when you really see the value of an experienced agent who knows how to manage a campaign, communicate with buyers and navigate negotiations versus other agents who just open the door at inspections. Tom was strategic, realistic and calm throughout. On auction day especially, we felt we were in very good hands and never pressured into making a decision. We achieved a result we were happy with given the market and, importantly, within the timeframe we needed. The rest of the team are amazing too - Edward was always friendly, responsive and prompt, Julieanne was incredibly professional, and the stylists and tradespeople the team recommended were absolutely worth using. Selling a home can be stressful, but Tom and the team made the whole process feel remarkably manageable. We always felt informed, supported and looked after, and would happily recommend them to anyone selling in Carlingford.

Josh and Tom's team were absolutely fantastic throughout the entire sale process. Selling my property was a challenging journey, but their professionalism, dedication and guidance made a huge difference. Their selling strategy, communication, negotiation skills and attention to detail were exceptional. Josh consistently went above and beyond, including working after hours and sacrificing his own personal time to make sure everything was handled properly. Josh was always available, kept me informed and worked incredibly hard from start to finish. I highly recommend Bell to anyone looking for an agent who genuinely cares about his clients and is prepared to go the extra mile. An absolute champion!
