Jason Louey from Belle Property made our home buying journey an absolute pleasure. From start to finish, he was professional, responsive, and genuinely invested in finding us the right property. His local market knowledge, honest advice, and consistent communication gave us full confidence throughout the process. He went above and beyond at every step and never made us feel pressured. We are now proud owners of our Kellyville Ridge townhouse thanks to Jason's dedication and hard work. Highly recommend Jason to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Hills District — you won't be disappointed!

Thomas and the team at Belle Property Carlingford | Beecroft were fantastic to deal with. They kept us informed throughout the entire sales process, communicated every step clearly, and were professional from start to finish. On auction day, they delivered the result we were hoping for. I couldn’t recommend Thomas and the team highly enough.

Selling a house can be stressful, however, Thomas and Edward helped us achieve our goal in a tight market over a few weeks.

Connor was helpful from the beginning, understanding our desires to ensure we get building and pest done before we were ready to put an offer in for the property. We then felt that he kept us in the loop with updates and once we found out that our offer was accepted we felt that he was helpful especially when we had a couple issues sending through the deposit due to bank security issues. The contract came through quickly and he finalised the process very quickly which we greatly appreciated.

The team at Belle have a professionalism to be looked up to - their communication and puncuality made the whole process feel at ease and in control, and in all circumstances they shined. Matt has a professionalism to be admired and made the whole process better than I could have expected.
