We had a fantastic experience selling our home with Justin Spencer from Belle Property. Justin's deep knowledge of the Northmead area and the local market gave us confidence right from the start. He was genuine, honest, and clearly had our best interests at heart. Based on his recommendation, we went to auction—and thanks to his expertise, our property sold in just over three minutes at a great price!

He worked with us to get higher than the reserve and we feel as though he was successful in obtaining the highest sale price for our Sydney home. In what was a challenging and emotional time for a family breaking up, he dealt with it with patience and understanding. If I was to do it all over again I would choose Matthew again.
