I met Thomas Perram early in 2023 when we decided to sell our house at Kingsdene. I was very impressed by Thomas after I had spoken to about 5 other agents. We took a long time deciding where we would like to move too. We finally decided to move into a Retirement Village, which we should have done a lot earlier. One of my family moved into the house so it was not empty. Thomas was in contact with me on various occasions and as time went by he came up with an interested buyer who had just missed out on a previous sale on Kingsdene. As prices on Kingsdene had been fairly solid for a long time, I was a little worried that prices would fall but Thomas was very confident that his buyer was genuine. So we sold to him and got a very good price. Thomas presents very well and is easy to talk to.
