On first meeting with Matthew Formosa and Zach Donohue I was very impressed by the way they explained the proposed marketing of the property, and the fact they did not attempt to rush me in the decision to go with Belle Property. They listened to my goals and were sympathetic to the reasons for going to market and what we had to do to make the house marketable. On reaching the decision to go with Belle they were very prompt in responding with a marketing arrangement, and the lead up was extremely well thought out. As the marketing progressed in the weeks before the auction Matthew was able to suggest a couple of tweaks to broaden the appeal to potential buyers and on auction day we were very pleased with the number of registered bidders and stunned to achieve a figure over $200,000 above reserve. On the day of auction in very inclement weather their team worked hard to achieve an amazing outcome. I would have no hesitation in recommending Matthew and Zach to any potential seller or buyer who may be a little unsure of selecting an agency and wish to thank them from my family for the courteous and ethical manner in all their dealings with us.
