Matt knew exactly what my 'must have list' was and contacted me with appropriate properties to view. He was always knowledgeable, professional and readily contactable to discuss any part of the process. Easy to deal with and without the uncomfortable 'pushiness' of some agencies.

We are extremely fortunate to have Thomas as our agent. His knowledge and experience in the area is second to none. He is also very passionate in selling our beloved home. The strategy was communicated clearly in every step of the way. Thomas, through his relationship, also helped us to improve the presentation of our house to reprepare for a better auction result which proven to be very successful approach. Thomas’s team is also top notch. Heidi managed show case our house day and night ( over 100+ inspections). Julianne ensures everything is on schedule. Andrew the auctioneer , though we only met on the day of auction, is also proven to be the best in getting the record auction results. Thomas and his team from Belle property Beecroft /Carlingford is instrumental to real estate business. Lastly, we wish to finish with a quote from the other agent who we have met alone the process “ if you are with Thomas, you are in safe hands” – very true!

On first meeting with Matthew Formosa and Zach Donohue I was very impressed by the way they explained the proposed marketing of the property, and the fact they did not attempt to rush me in the decision to go with Belle Property. They listened to my goals and were sympathetic to the reasons for going to market and what we had to do to make the house marketable. On reaching the decision to go with Belle they were very prompt in responding with a marketing arrangement, and the lead up was extremely well thought out. As the marketing progressed in the weeks before the auction Matthew was able to suggest a couple of tweaks to broaden the appeal to potential buyers and on auction day we were very pleased with the number of registered bidders and stunned to achieve a figure over $200,000 above reserve. On the day of auction in very inclement weather their team worked hard to achieve an amazing outcome. I would have no hesitation in recommending Matthew and Zach to any potential seller or buyer who may be a little unsure of selecting an agency and wish to thank them from my family for the courteous and ethical manner in all their dealings with us.

We couldn’t be happier with our choice of agent. Justin is not your typical agent; he’s very genuine, honest, approachable, down to earth and professional. Nothing was ever too much trouble, always going above and beyond and taking the time to listen and support us right through the selling process. Justin was an absolute delight to work with and we couldn’t recommend him highly enough. A huge thank you to Justin, Chris, Cleo and team - you were all so wonderful! Warmest regards, Jamie & Matt
