I cannot express my gratitude enough as to the wonderful job Thomas Perram and his team did in the sale of our property. Before retirement, I was a sales agent so I know a good agent from a great agent and my expectations were very high. Thomas exceeded them! Not only did he have to contend with my being overseas for the entire campaign but it was a difficult property to sell with a very select target market. Thomas managed our expectations extremely well; he communicated not only with me but my other half (left in Australia) each and every week multiple times and he nailed the marketing to get the right people through the door so we didn't attract buyers who would have no interest. Thomas listened to what we wanted as vendors right from our first meeting. He organised for a tradesman to walk through our property, providing excellent advise on renovations that would assist us to get the best possible price, which we did! The stylist he recommended made the home looon amazing. Thomas and Heidi always presented themselves well and were highly professional at all our open homes and the auctioneer they hired for our auction was fantastic. Having Heidi on-site to speak with mandarin speaking purchasers was a real bonus.

We are so amazed by the exceptional service from Joshua and his Belle team. We saw the property on Thursday night and Joshua gave us a full tour of the house and land. He went out of his way to explain to us all the details and answered all our questions so that we were ready to come for auction 2 days later on Saturday.
