I have enjoyed the process of purchasing the property through the agent and would recommend to my friends who need.

Matt is very personable and made us feel comfortable with the process from the start. He made sure his team understood what we wanted and ensured we were happy each step of the way. Anika from his team communicated regularly throughout the entire process and both Matt and Anika were always quick to respond to our questions. We were given realistic expectations from the start, and all costs were provided up front. The team provided all the support we needed to bring the house up to the standard needed to sell. We got a great result, which we are sure was because Matt chose the right strategy for our circumstances. We were really impressed with Matt's professionalism and would highly recommend him to anyone else wanting to sell their property. (In fact we have already recommended him to our neighbour and friends.)

After living in my home for over 60 years, I was finding it rather daunting and stressful to think about selling a place that meant so much to my family, Matthew gave me an overview of the campaign, which eased my anxiety and made the whole process much more comfortable. He kept me informed of every step of the way and his desire to achieve the very best result for me.Matthew’s approach was very warm, casual, yet businesslike and I wish him much success in the future.

Matt was brilliant. He really listened to what we wanted and was so patient with our questions and requests. It’s a big thing to sell a property but we were confident that Matt would be there with the right advice and help us through the process. His support team at Belle were also friendly and professional- we felt well looked after. The communication was excellent.

Mr John Dahdah handled the sale of my property very professionally. His commitment to achieve the sale of my property was very encouraging and re-assuring. Being guided by him to sell my property was a real pleasure. He communicated well with me and always tried his best to achieve the sale at a reasonable price.
