Joshua was held a professional manner during the whole sale process. He gave many useful advice when he was doing the inspection before putting our property onto the market. He also ensured us to get an update on a weekly basis all the way up to prior to the auction day. He communicated with each potential buyer and helped us to get the price as expected in the end. I had the pleasure of working with Joshua when he rung me on an enquiry, at this point I had already put an offer through to another property. I needed someone to handle my case in a timely manner (within 24-36 hours at most), Joshua collaborated with the vendor and solicitors to ensure I had building reports on time, and as the vendor was middle aged he even went over to help her to sign the contract. All communications with Joshua was prompt & professional and midst of all this he managed to sell the property nearly 20-30K above market. I would definitely recommend Joshua as he handholds the buyers and manages all expectations & goal oriented he can even work with solicitors who are not professional
