Matthew is a very professional agent. He treats his clients with courtesy and is always very polite. He always makes time for us for the inspections and very prompt with our queries. He is a very good selling agent. Although we wish the private treaty process could be a bit more "transparent", it is a the process and Matthew did help (/push ;-) ) us along the way. Matthew gave us a lot of time and support during the process. Yes and I would recommend Matthew to friend / family.

Great experience with Chris and his team. We were anticipating a slightly higher small price but fell a little short. But given the circumstances, Chris did really well to get us the price he did. We were really lucky to have sold when we did and Chris/Justin and Cleo made things very easy for us to arrange the sale promptly before the market changed again.
