While Thomas was not from the local area he did present a well thought strategy to maximise the return on the property. Along with Matthew he kept us informed at all stages of the process and reduced as much as possible the stress and disruption associated with selling one's house. He provided realistic expectations on what we could expect and advised us at all stages of negotiations. In what is a very competitive market I am confident that our time on market was on par with market expectations while our return was not likely to have been surpassed or even matched had we chosen a different agent. We found Thomas and his company to be very good at their job and importantly they conducted all business in an ethical manner,

It was great to work with Thomas on the purchase. This was my first home transaction in Australia and I must admit, I was very nervous in the beginning, but when I met Tom, I found him quite considerate to my apprehensions and very flexible/accommodating to help me get upto the pace. Not only that, he always kept in touch to ensure things are progressing well. I recommend him without a doubt to all the first home buyers out there who are as naive as me and concerned about how things would look like towards the end state.
