We met Sue at an open house that wasn't for us so after a few questions Sue encouraged us to follow her to her next open house to see if that met our needs. Therefore starting our relationship with her. Looking at the open house schedule and seeing clashes Sue was prepared to organise an additional viewing of a property that she thought we would like. This was above and beyond what we expected. She was the only agent that actually took the time to find out what we wanted. Living in Sydney Sue kept us informed of what was on her books if she thought it was worth our trip to view it. The home we finally found was one that Sue also organised additional viewings and once we put in an offer Sue stayed in touch and helped us engage a rental agent for it until we are ready to relocate and become a local. Not being there for settlement we received our congratulatory gift via mail which also included a treat for our dog! We cannot recommend Sue highly enough her approach is as if you've met her before and her knowledge of the market and the area is unsurpassed.

Sue was fantastic in facilitating the purchase of our investment property in Port Macquarie. We live some 500km away from Port Macquarie, as such there was a great deal of trust on our part in Sue and her team. Sue was effective in negotiations with the vendor, organised the building inspection, returned to the property to double check on items that arose from the building inspection that I had concerns with, sourced and provided a rental appraisal for the lender and pointed us in the direction of a very competent property manager.
