A huge thank-you to Sue for her assistance in purchasing our rental property. We live quite some distance from Port Macquarie and only had very limited time to locate and purchase a suitable property. It was refreshing to find an agent who actually knew the home she was selling. With a number of other Agents, I asked them basic questions about the house they were selling and I was amazed about their lack of knowledge of features of the home.
