Outstanding leasing agents

Mia and Karen were outstanding to deal with as leasing agents. The entire process was smooth, well organised, and stress-free. They communicated clearly, were responsive to questions, and handled everything professionally from inspection through to lease signing. Easily one of the best leasing experiences I’ve had. Responsive and approachable

As new tenants, there are always issues to iron out. The property management staff at Belle Pyrmont have been great. They have been thorough with setting everything up and have been great about helping us troubleshoot any issues we have. I have confidence that they really are trying to do what is right for everyone involved.

I found that Bell Real Estate have been very professional. Karen Chen in particular has been extremely helpful with my move into the rental property as I haven’t moved for over 20 years and so much has changed. I highly recommend them.
