Outstanding leasing agents
Mia and Karen were outstanding to deal with as leasing agents. The entire process was smooth, well organised, and stress-free. They communicated clearly, were responsive to questions, and handled everything professionally from inspection through to lease signing. Easily one of the best leasing experiences I’ve had. Responsive and approachable

Exceptional Property Manager - Proactive, Professional, and a Pleasure to Deal With
I’ve been a tenant in a property managed by Karen Chen and honestly, she’s been amazing to deal with. Super pleasant, always professional, and genuinely on top of everything. She’s incredibly efficient and proactive - any time something came up, she was already on it before I even had to follow up. Communication was always clear and easy, which made a huge difference. If I were a landlord, I’d want someone exactly like her managing my property. She really strikes that balance between looking after the tenant and taking care of the property, which is rare to find. Couldn’t recommend her more highly.

Time Efficient Agents
Mia and Karen were amazing from the beginning. Communication was five star and their time efficiency with getting approval for my rental was the fastest I have ever experienced. I had approval within 24 hours of applying and picked up the keys 3 days later. Friendly, great communication and time efficiency are the ingredients of great customer service! I will be recommending Mia and Karen from Belle Pyrmont in the future.
