I’ve been a tenant in a property managed by Karen Chen and honestly, she’s been amazing to deal with. Super pleasant, always professional, and genuinely on top of everything. She’s incredibly efficient and proactive - any time something came up, she was already on it before I even had to follow up. Communication was always clear and easy, which made a huge difference. If I were a landlord, I’d want someone exactly like her managing my property. She really strikes that balance between looking after the tenant and taking care of the property, which is rare to find.
