Maria Magrin is a genius. Her awareness of the multiple layers of both buying and selling transactions and what they mean for both sides of the process is astonishing. I write as a vendor but working with Maria has shown me that with wisdom and acuity she takes into account the many elements at play for the purchaser as well. I hope that in my case we found a spot, with Maria’s guidance, that was good for both sides of the transaction. Maria’s ability to balance all these layers at once, feeling out the market at any given moment, making sure the right trades person is available at the right time and place (and cost) while judging, in my case, the capacity of the vendor to deal with each phase of the campaign, gives confidence, clarity and courage.
