Caroline and Noel went above and beyond to help us. They helped us with advice about the current rental and sale market and proved to be very well informed. They helped with managing our tenant and, when we made the decision to sell, they took care of obtaining vacant possession and preparing the property for sale. Mia was invaluable with managing the trades. Everyone at Belle Property Pyrmont were excellent communicators and kept us informed throughout the process. Caroline was extremely proactive, kept us informed and responded promptly to all our questions and requests. We took their recommendations and we are glad we did, as they paid off. Overall we were very happy with the advice, the process and the outcome.
